1. Standard Orders
Definition: Standard orders refer to products selected directly from our menu without any customizations.

Cancellation:

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pick-up or delivery time are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up or delivery time are non-refundable. However, customers may reschedule the pick-up or delivery date.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be arranged at least 24 hours before the original pick-up or delivery time.

2. Custom Orders
Definition: Custom orders include any product that involves personalization, special designs, or specific customer requests beyond our standard menu offerings.

Deposit:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all custom orders.

The remaining balance is due on or before the pick-up or delivery date.

Order Confirmation:

Upon receiving your deposit, we will issue a tax invoice detailing your custom order.

Please review the invoice carefully to ensure all details are correct.

Any discrepancies should be reported within 24 hours of receiving the invoice.

Changes to Order:

Modifications can be made up to 14 days before the scheduled pick-up or delivery date.

Changes requested within 14 days may incur additional charges and are subject to our ability to accommodate the request.

Cancellation:

The 50% deposit for custom orders is non-refundable.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled pick-up or delivery date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Order Fulfillment and Acceptance

Customers are encouraged to inspect their orders upon pick-up or delivery.

Acceptance of the product indicates satisfaction with the order.

Transportation and Storage:

Once the product has been accepted, Saffron Cake is not responsible for any damage incurred due to improper transportation or storage by the customer.
